Laura-Jane Fenney
Laura-Jane started her training at The Royal Ballet School from age 10, then moved from classical ballet to Musical Theatre when she attended Laine Theatre Arts at age 15, graduating with a diploma in Musical Theatre in 2013.
Following graduation she landed her first role as June/1st Cover Roxie Hart in Chicago the Musical, she went on to perform with Royal Caribbean in shows such as GREASE and also honed her aerial skills as a featured aerialist. LJ’s career included Principle Artist/Aerialist and Dance Captain for Cirque du Soleil and the UK Tour of Grease as Swing/Dance Captain/1st cover Sandy/1st cover Patty.
Laura-Jane is also a seasoned Director/Choreographer, working with Royal Caribbean on their Broadway Shows (GREASE) and several of their Aqua Shows. LJ also owns MISSION: INSPIRE, a company dedicated to training the next generation of performers by cultivating talent in a safe and nurturing environment ideal for artists to grow authentically.

Abigail Hill
Abi is extremely passionate in helping others thrive, bringing her knowledge and expertise in finding the best talent out there. On and off stage, Abi is dedicated to her clients growth by using her guidance to each individuals needs.
Abi started training at just 4 years old when she was recognisea for her strength and determination to becoming an elite gymnast.
After completing dance college her career took off and through the years adding aerial to her skillset becoming a multidisciplinary artist. For the last 7 years of Abi's performing career with Royal Caribbean she was able to showcase her hard work from over the years as well as being Aerial Captain and Acro Captain. Abi's career also included Disney and Celebrity as a Dancer/Aerialist and Aerial Captain.
Abi is also an Aerial and Acrobatic Director, working with Royal Caribbean. She is a director that is dedicated in bringing each of her artists out of their comfort zone to showcase their best selves in a nurturing and inspiring way. Given Abi's many years of coaching from elite gymnasts to dancers building their skillset, she believes strongly in the fundamentals of each artists discipline to succeed.
